Earnings
Not us. The number a run is worth is yours to name, and it is attached to you, not handed down per job.
Two settings, and the difference is bigger than it looks.
If you want automatic offers, pick fixed. When a shop sends an order out, the system is choosing in real time between the drivers it can quote. A driver with no number is not something it can put in that comparison, so negotiable drivers are skipped by the automatic pool entirely.
Negotiable still works when a shop picks you by hand, and it is the honest setting for a driver whose every job is a conversation first. Just know which one you have chosen and why — drivers who set negotiable and then wonder why the phone is quiet are hitting this rule, not a bug.
The fee is snapshotted the moment the job ends — the amount that was agreed when you accepted, frozen onto that trip. Changing your rate tomorrow does not reach backwards and rewrite what yesterday was worth.
Your ledger is the running record: the shop, the order, what it paid, how it ended. While you are working, your earnings sit in a pill at the top of the screen so you never have to leave the map to check.
Buyers rate the ride after it arrives. Those ratings stay on your record and they are not decoration — when the system is ranking drivers for an order, a good record earns you credit against distance.
In practice that means a driver who has done the job properly can be chosen over someone marginally closer. The work you have already done follows you.
