Does it cost anything to join? — No. Applying and driving are free.
How long does approval take? — A person reviews every application, so it is not instant. You stay pending until they have.
I was rejected. Is that final? — No. The rejection carries a note. Fix what it names and submit again — it is treated as an edit, and you keep your place.
Can I change my details later? — Yes. Vehicle, circle, pickup hours and rate can all be edited without going back into review.
Getting work.
I am approved but nothing is coming. — Check three things: your duty switch is on, your circle actually covers shops that are sending orders, and your rate is fixed rather than negotiable.
Why does a negotiable rate get no offers? — The system quotes on your behalf when it ranks drivers for an order. With no number there is nothing to quote, so you are not in the automatic pool. Shops can still pick you by hand.
How is the order I get chosen? — Nearest first among the drivers whose circle covers the shop, with credit for earned ratings.
What if I miss an offer? — It is re-sent every 27 seconds, up to six times, before it moves to the next driver.
Can I work for shops and freelance at the same time? — Yes. Shops you carry for offer you their orders first; the Circle pool covers the rest.

Can the buyer contact me? — Yes, by chat or call from the order page, without either of you sharing a number.
What closes a job? — The proof photo at the door.
Do ratings matter? — Yes. They stay on your record and they earn you credit when the system is choosing between drivers.
