Cyca Delivery

Cyca/Delivery/How a trip works

How it works

One switch. Then the work comes to you.

The same shape every time, whether the job came from the Circle pool or from a shop you carry for.

A job, start to finish.

  1. Flip the duty switch

Your home screen is a map with one big switch on it. On means you are working. Your earnings sit in a pill at the top the whole time.

  2. The offer takes the screen

When a job comes it does not queue politely in a notification tray. It fills the screen and it rings, like a call. Decline is silent and puts it away.

  3. You accept

One tap. The job is yours and nobody else is offered it.

  4. Ride to the shop

The route to the counter is drawn for you, with the distance and the time in your own units.

  5. Collect

You and the seller confirm the handover between you.

  6. Carry it to the door

The buyer watches your vehicle move down real streets the whole way. They can chat you or call you without leaving the order.

  7. Prove it

A photo at the door lands on the buyer's Delivered line. That is what closes the job.

  8. Get rated

The buyer rates the ride. It sticks to your record and it counts next time the system is choosing between drivers.

What the buyer sees while you ride.

Worth knowing, because it changes how people treat you. From the moment you accept, the buyer has a live map with your vehicle on it — the right icon for what you are actually riding — moving along the real route to their address.

They are not refreshing a status page and guessing. They can see you are four streets away, so they stop calling to ask.
