Sell where people are already watching.

Every marketplace you have sold on treats you as a supply line. You upload a photo, you write a description, and then you compete with forty identical listings on the only thing left to compete on: price.

We think that is backwards for most of the people actually selling things. What you have that a grid cannot copy is you — how you explain it, how you answer the awkward question, what you throw in, the fact that somebody has bought from you before and liked it.

So the shop here is built around the person, not the listing.
