PickMe is not open yet, so the honest answer to a few of these is “when it opens”. The rest are how it works.

About the money.

What does Cyca take? — $0.99 per trip, from the driver's balance. That is the whole fee.
What does the rider pay Cyca? — Nothing. No booking fee, no service fee, no percentage.
Does the fee grow with the fare? — No. Every trip is $0.99, short or long.
Who sets the fare? — The rider offers a price. The driver accepts it or counters it. Whatever they agree is the fare, and all of it is the driver's.
Is there surge pricing? — No. There is no multiplier and no meter. If a driver wants more, they ask you for it in a counter and you can say no.

What if no driver takes my price? — Nobody is forced to, so you may get counters instead. Take one, or raise your offer and ask again.
Can I see where the driver is? — Yes, the whole way — and they can see your pin. The tracking runs for the trip and ends with it.
Can I talk to my driver? — In the app, by message or call. Neither of you hands over a personal number.
Who can see my exact pickup? — Only the driver who is confirmed, and only once the trip is settled.
Which vehicles? — Car, van and super van at the start. More are coming.

Can I drive and deliver? — Yes. One Cyca driver account does both, and PickMe is a switch you can turn on and off.
Do I pay anything if I decline an offer? — No. You are only ever charged the $0.99 on a trip that is actually booked.
How do offers reach me? — They ring and take your screen, like a call. You are driving; you should not have to be watching a list.
When can I apply? — Not yet. Applications are not open and there is no waitlist. Everything about what will be asked is on the join page.
