The trip Coming soon
From the second a driver is confirmed to the second the door closes behind you, neither of you is guessing where the other one is.
The driver does not get an address and a shrug. The route opens on their phone and it is spoken and drawn, turn by turn, all the way to your pin — and then all the way to your dropoff once you are in.
A driver who has never been down your street before does not need to have been down your street before.
The tracking is not a courtesy that stops once the driver arrives. It runs for the entire trip, on both sides.
“I am by the blue gate, not the main door” is a thirty-second problem that ruins a pickup when there is no way to say it.
PickMe is inside Cyca, and Cyca is a messenger. So the driver and the rider can message or call each other in the app for the length of the trip — no personal phone number handed over by either side to get it.
The trip ends where you said it would. Then each of you rates the other.
Ratings are not decoration. A driver's record is what a rider sees before getting in, and it is part of how well the work comes to them afterwards.
* PickMe is coming. Everything on these pages is how it works — it is not open yet, and we are not taking riders or drivers today.
