Cyca Communities
A school, a shop, a mosque, a football side, a study group. They all already exist — scattered across group chats nobody can find, with no roster, no way to tell the real one from the copy, and one person who has to add everybody by hand. A Cyca community is that same group, with a front door.
A community can be four friends or four hundred families. What changes is how much structure you switch on.
A name, a picture, and the people in it. Public so anyone can walk in, or private so they have to ask. This is most of them, and it takes a minute.
