A picture and one name — One free-form name box. Organisations are not first name and last name, and asking them to be is how you end up with "Bright" "Future School Ltd".
An address — Where it actually is.
A contact number — The one that gets answered.
As many email contacts as you like — Each with a person and a reason — "Maggie, alumni", "accounts", "admissions". A single info@ address is where most messages go to die.
Websites — Your site, your registration page, your notice board.
A staff list — The people who run it, named at creation, each able to claim their own seat later.

Why it sits in a chat app.

Because the conversation is the point. A customer, a parent or a donor does not want a contact page — they want to ask one question and get an answer from a person. The organisation face is there so they know they are asking the right room, and the room is there so somebody can answer in it.
