Follow your order all the way to the door

An order you can't see is an order you worry about. This week the last piece of Cyca's delivery system went live for everyone: the journey itself, watched from the moment a courier accepts to the moment the bag lands at your door.

A live map, not a status word

"Out for delivery" tells you almost nothing. Cyca's order page opens into an edge-to-edge map instead: your courier's icon — a bicycle, a motorbike, a car, even on foot — moving along real streets, with the route drawn to your address. When they're near, you'll see it. When they've arrived, you'll know before the doorbell.

A person, not a parcel number

The driver row on that map is not decoration. Tap it and you're in a real conversation — chat or a call, the same calls that ring like real calls everywhere else in Cyca. "I'm at the blue gate" takes three seconds to say and saves ten minutes of circling.

Proof at the doorstep

When the courier hands over or drops off, they snap a photo, and that photo lands right on the Delivered line of your order. Not buried in an email — on the order, where you'd look.

Sellers got their half too: a Send out button that finds a courier, a fleet map to watch every active ride, and — for shops that deliver themselves — a "myself" option that turns the seller into the courier with the same map, the same proof, the same rating at the end.
