Cyca is one app where your chats, your calls, and live shopping actually live together — and every order comes with someone to talk to.
Why we built it
Buying something online became a strange kind of silence. You tap a picture, money leaves your account, and a stranger you will never speak to puts a box on a truck. If something goes wrong, you get a ticket number.
Selling was no better. Sellers built real audiences on messaging apps, then pushed those people out to a checkout page that knew nothing about them — losing the conversation at the exact moment it mattered most.
Cyca puts the two back in one place. A seller goes live and their avatar breathes red. You tap it and you are in the room — hearts, comments, and Buy Now without leaving the stream. When the order is placed, a private thread opens with the person who sold it to you. Not a ticket. A conversation.
What we are building
A messenger first — real conversations, with reactions, reply quotes, voice notes, typing and read ticks. Calls that ring on your lock screen like real calls, even when the app was closed.
And on top of that, a marketplace that behaves like a neighbourhood: shops with communities, live sessions anyone can walk into from a link, and ratings that only unlock after delivery.
How we work
Slowly where it counts. The calling layer never receives bundled changes — one behavioural change, one release, tested on real hardware before the next one starts. We learned that the expensive way.
Everything else we ship in the open and write down. When we get something wrong, the post-mortem goes on the blog alongside the features.
What we will not do
No ads. No trackers. We do not sell your data, and there is no version of Cyca where that changes. You sign up with a phone number — no email, no password — you choose who sees your last-seen, photo, about and statuses, and you can delete your account yourself in three taps.
Who we are
Cyca is built by OCARRY LLC, a small team registered in Webster, Texas, USA. We are a product company, not an ad company — the app has to be worth using on its own terms, because nothing else is paying for it.
