Everything a shop needs, in one tab
Most selling tools assume you are at a desk. You are not. You are at the counter, in the van, in the kitchen, holding the thing you are about to sell. So the whole of Cyca's seller side fits in a phone and sits one tap from the conversation your customers are already having with you.
Products, and what they are doing
Your products hub sorts two ways that actually matter: best sellers first, by orders sold, and lowest stock first — what needs restocking. Add a product, add stock to one that is running out, mark something out of stock, or take it down. No spreadsheet, no export, no separate inventory app.
Orders, including the awkward ones
An order arrives and you accept it — and the moment you do, it appears on your Delivery page ready to be carried. You can watch every active delivery from the same screen. Returns are handled in the same place, with the same one-tap accept, because a return you have to email about is a customer you lose.
Two ways to run a price down
Flash sales put a product at a discounted price for a window you choose, and you end the sale when you want rather than waiting for a timer. Coupons take an amount off at checkout — create one, hand out the code, delete it when it has done its job.
Neither costs anything. Cyca takes no commission on what you sell, so a discount you give is a discount your customer actually gets.
And the two buttons that matter most
Go Live turns your ring red and puts you in front of whoever is watching. Delivery decides how it gets there — a courier from the circle, a driver you approved yourself, or you.
The point of keeping all of it on the phone is not tidiness. It is that the distance between "somebody asked about this" and "it is on its way" should be a few taps, taken standing up. The Live Shop section covers all of it.
