Cyca's delivery world: sellers, drivers, and one switch

Live selling was always half the story. The other half is the bag that has to reach a door, and this week that half became a world of its own inside Cyca.

The driver's app, inside the app

Couriers get their own home: a map, an earnings pill, and one big duty switch. Flip it on and you're working — when an order needs carrying, the offer takes over the screen with the pickup, the drop-off and the fee. One tap accepts. There's no separate app to install, no second account; a driver is a person in Cyca with a job to do.

Sellers who deliver

Most small shops don't have a fleet — they have a cousin with a motorbike, or their own two feet. So "myself" is a first-class choice: the seller hands the job to themselves and becomes the courier, with the same live map, the same doorstep proof, the same rating at the end. A shop can open on Cyca and deliver its first order the same afternoon.

Every step, told properly

Orders talk in their own channel — status cards in a one-way lane that never buries a human conversation. Accepted, prepared, on the way, delivered: each lands quietly, and the human chat stays human.
