Pin up to five products to your live stream

Live selling on Cyca started with one pinned product: the thing you were holding up right now. That works for one item. It does not work for a seller with a table of them.

A lineup, not a single item

You can now pin up to five products to a live session. The Go Live picker is multi-select with order badges, and you can change the lineup mid-stream without dropping the broadcast.

On the buyer's side that becomes a carousel that reads like a running order — sold items dim behind a Sold ✓, the current item wears LIVE NOW, and the next one wears an up-next arrow. As things sell out, the markers advance on their own. Each card has its own Buy Now.

Currency, fixed at the root

Prices used to be stamped onto a product when it was created. If a shop later changed country, old products kept the old symbol, and a US buyer could be shown a price in taka.

Product currency is now derived from the shop's current country at read time. One change, and every surface agrees at once: the buy sheet, the buyer's live view, the seller's live view, and the Live Market list.

Weight, tags, and a few things that were just broken

  • Weight is stored canonically in grams. Sellers type kilos, US shops type pounds, buyers read whatever the seller sells in.
  • Tags — fresh, handmade, new, used, own farm, homemade — show as a standout badge on the card, the pinned carousel, and the buy sheet.
  • The buy sheet no longer blacks out the stream behind it. You can watch while you buy.
  • Hearts stopped being counted as comments.
  • A rear-camera broadcast is no longer mirrored.
  • When a live ends, the shop capsule and the blinking LIVE row end with it.
